What's new in Reveal 2.0

However, rights management doesn’t have to be a difficult process. And since it is an eDiscovery and investigatory tool designed to be used primarily by auditors and human resources officers, being able to easily assign and revoke rights is crucial to a timely investigation. This new version now lets you manage user rights directly from the user interface. You can easily assign its auditors rights to specific mailboxes for review. You can also specify which item types they can review and assign an expiration date to their access. It also includes in-depth audit logging so you can "audit the auditor” and fully protect your organization. Each and every keystroke or search is fully logged to prevent abuse of this powerful eDiscovery tool.

Once you’ve discovered critical email, you will want to transfer that information into a portable format. Reveal 2 gives you not only extensive exporting capabilities, but improved printing of GroupWise email as well.  

Since, GroupWise 8 lets users multiple calendars in their mailboxes, Reveal 2 now allows an auditor to browse through multiple user calendars.
