Retain includes archive, e-discovery and publishing all in one package. There’s no extra software to buy. With Retain you can search for, export and publish messages. Choose from two different publishing methods: export to PDF or PST or an encrypted file with a built-in viewer.
Exchange 2010 Support
Retain supports the latest version of all technologies including Exchange 2010 23/64 bit as well as Exalead. GWAVA always keeps its product support up-to-date with the latest versions of all technologies it uses.
Archiving for Lync (OCS)
If you are using Lync for VOIP, IM, P2P and SMS, Retain will archive it for you. Retain all of your crucial messages, not just your email.
Single Instance Storage
Even though Exchange 2010 no longer supports single-instance storage, Retain does! With Retain, you will never keep multiple copies of messages or attachments.
Off-Site, On Premise and Cloud Storage
Store your Exchange archives in the locations that work best for you. Retain supports Amazon S3 cloud storage. You can also store your archives on the Retain server, on an alternate on-premise server or off-site.
Single Sign-on
Sign on once to Exchange or Lync and you are signed into Retain as well.
Dual Index Engine Support
Retain includes a built-in Lucene indexing engine. For extra large organizations, Retain also supports Exalead.
