Mr. Muir presented at GWAVACon Berlin, which is the Novell collaboration training conference in partnership with GWAVA.

Ken Muir to discuss Novell’s role in the future of collaboration Ahaus, Germany — September 24, 2009 — GWAVA, Novell’s largest collaboration partner announces Ken Muir, Chief Technology & Strategy Officer –Workgroup as the keynote speaker for GWAVACon Berlin. Mr Muir’s presentation will be delivered October 18th, 2009 at the Berlin Marriott. Mr Muir, responsible for Novell’s Collaboration Strategy, will discuss the Novell’s role in the future of collaboration in the enterprise.

This is the fourth year GWAVACon will be held in Europe, the third year Berlin is the host city. Previous GWAVACons have been held in Munich, Germany; Sydney, Australia; Dallas, Texas; San Diego, California; and in 2009 Las Vegas, Nevada. GWAVACon, which stands for GroupWise And Vendor Annual Conference, has grown each year. Keynote speakers have included executives from Nokia and RIM, as well as John Dragoon, Chief Marketing Officer for Novell, Volker Smid, President of Novell EMEA, and in January of 2008 in San Diego, Ron Hovsepian, Novell CEO.

In addition to the GroupWise focus, additional tracks on Novell ZENworks and SUSE Linux are offered.
