GWAVA gibt heute bekannt, dass das Beta Release von der Archivierungslösung für GroupWise erschienen ist. Retain 2 bringt den Nutzern viele neue Features mit.

Newest Version of Retain to Support Storage on Amazon Cloud

Montreal, Quebec, Canada – June xx, 2010 —GWAVA is pleased to announce the beta release of version 2 of its Retain archiving product for GroupWise. Retain 2 offers many new features to its users, including:

• Exalead—Retain 2 supports the Exalead indexing engine, which is extremely robust, to handle very large systems.
• Amazon Cloud Support—Archive your emails using the Amazon S3 storage cloud computing service.
• Rich Client—Export/publish entire mailboxes, multiple mailboxes or post offices.  Retain 2 provides an all inclusive viewer for search and retrieval of exported data sets.Litigation Hold—Exclude an archived item from any deletion or actions until the hold is removed.
• Shared Queries—Share saved searches in the database so that other auditors and users can view results and re-use searches.
• Indexing Support for WordPerfect and Excel – For those customers using the built-in Lucene indexing engine with Retain, new indexers have been added to allow searching through WordPerfect and Excel files.
