Regional Summit in New York City on May 13, 2010.
GWAVA announced that due to recent events and generous support from the Novell GroupWise technology partner community, the New York City Security Summit at the Marriott Marquee in Times Square will now be free of charge to all Novell customers. These partners include Kaspersky Lab, a top anti-virus security company, SkyPro, a VoIP and Fax solution company, Notify Technologies, the leading mobility vendor for GroupWise, and Novell, the makers of GroupWise and SUSE Linux.
This summit will offer two technical tracks. If you missed GWAVACon, you won’t want to miss this summit! The courses we are offering were among the most popular at GWAVACon and have been updated to the latest information available.
Track One will be taught by popular Novell Advanced Technical Training Engineer, Paul Lamontagne. He will instruct Summit attendees on how to migrate your system to OES and how to harden your Novell GroupWise system (both half-day sessions). If you are considering migrating from NetWare to OES, this is a great opportunity to get some hands-on help from a top-notch authority. Paul will also provide a class on how to harden and secure your Novell GroupWise system. You can choose both or one of these classes.
Track Two will be taught primarily by Taylor Cochrane, Director of Product Development at GWAVA. He and a few other vendors will be discussing the timely subjects of collaboration and security in messaging. These discussions will be in-depth and include real answers and plans of action that you can take with you back to work.
