    Vertigo needs the GroupWise system name for its license. Where can I find the name of my GroupWise System?

    Start Vertigo, it's the name of the upper (root) node in the tree view on the left side. You can also start ConsoleOne, select 'GroupWise System' in the tree view, right click and then select 'Information'. In the caption of the screen that follows, the GroupWise system name is the string after 'Information'. Last, but not least, it's also available in the Vertigo's 'Help, About' screen.

    Why does Vertigo need the GroupWise 7 SP3 Client on the workstation?

    Vertigo uses advanced API calls from the GroupWise 7 SP3 Win32 Client.  If you use SP2 not all functions will be available.
