GWAVA Messenger - January 2012

Thanks for a Successful GWAVACon 2012

Once again, GWAVACon has come to a successful close. With a stronger Novell presence this year than ever, GWAVACon attendees got the most current training for GWAVA, Retain, GroupWise, Vibe, ZENworks, OES and more.

During the conference, Novell threw a launch party for GroupWise 2012. This fun event was held on the Queen Mary and included casino gambling, great food, drinks, great presentations and fun from the Novell team along with a prize raffle. Needless to say, the whole conference is excited to get up and running on GroupWise 2012!

GWAVA also launched two new products at GWAVACon: Cloud Services and Blueprint for Reload. Read more about these great new offerings from GWAVA later in this newsletter.

As always, speed dating was one of the highlights of the GWAVACon. Attendees traveled quickly around the exhibit hall, spending 60 seconds with each sponsor to hear their best pitch. Prizes were awarded to attendees who joined in.

Many of the sessions this year at GWAVACon were standing room only. Novell Advanced Technical Training and GWAVA Support both kept live hands-on workshops open throughout the entire event for more personalized technical training.

Bob Flynn, President and General Manager of Novell, presented the keynote on Sunday, and hosted a number of small sessions with customers and partners. Ken Muir, CEO of GWAVA, in his keynote, presented a roadmap of the future at GWAVA and announced the release of GWAVA Cloud Services and Blueprint for Reload. As always, GWAVACon provided plenty of opportunities for social interaction, networking, and great food.

GWAVA to Exhibit at CeBIT

GWAVA will be exhibiting its secure messaging solutions at CeBIT, the world's largest digital IT and telecommunications fair in Hannover, Germany. The fair will run from March 6-10, 2012.
