Reveal is het eerst product dat effectieve audit mogelijkheden voor GroupWise biedt. De juridische afdeling en P&O krijgen hiermee het overzicht die ze nodig hebben. Reveal is een overzichtelijke desktop applicatie wat de unieke mogelijkheid biedt een overzicht te verkrijgen van alle emails binnen het GroupWise systeem. Reveal maakt het mogelijk gevoelige inspecties uit te voeren terwijl de integriteit van het email systeem intact blijft.
Bijzonder voor systeemadministratoren is Reveal een handige en zinvolle tool. Zo kan zij of hij een overzicht van alle proxy-rechten voor een gebruiken oproepen. Individuele emails of complete mailboxen kunnen probleemloos bekeken worden. Leidinggevenden kunnen mailboxen doorzoeken naar sleutelwoorden of inhoud en berichten oproepen terwijl de veiligheid van het systeem niet gecomprimeerd wordt.
Dit zorgt ervoor dat gevoelige informatie niet ongemerkt naar buiten komt, beschermt tegen misbruik van email op de werkplek en helpt incidenten voorkomen die tot juridische problemen kunnen leiden. Leidinggevenden hebben zo het nodige informatie om email gebruik in te kunnen schatten en email policy te handhaven.

While Reveal can instantly audit the live information in your GroupWise environment, many customers need the ability to audit historical or archived GroupWise information. Integration with Archive To Go allows Legal, HR and other departments to quickly export and audit email. Rights Management
Reveal 1.5 adds rights management that easily allows administrators to specify which accounts a Reveal user is allowed to audit. This makes it easy for department heads to review email of their direct employees or have limited access to sensitive accounts. As always, all activities of the Reveal user are logged to Redline.
Integration with Redline from GWAVA
Reveal includes logging of all auditor activity to an internal log file. Integration with Redline offers administrators real time instant logging with pager notification and management reporting. All of the alerting, monitoring and reporting that Redline provides for GroupWise can also be used to track how Reveal is used within your organization.
