Who can register a deal?

All partners, whether existing or new, can register a deal. GWAVA GAPs and GWAVA GPPs may also register deals.

What do I need to know?

  • GWAVA will let you know within 3 business days whether your registered deal has been accepted or declined.  If you have not heard back from your territory manager after three days, please contact him/her: www.gwava.com/company/contact-us.html
  • Accepted deals are valid for 6 months
  • GWAVA reserves the right to void a deal registration if no work has been done on the deal 
  • Registered deals may be extended if progress has been demonstrated on the deal.
  • Each product a deal is Registered for will be approved separately.

What deals can be registered?

  • Deals for new customers who have never purchased from GWAVA before
  • Deals for existing customers who are considering purchasing new products for which they do not currently have licenses/subscriptions
  • Deals on existing customers with maintenance or subscriptions that have expired over 6 months ago 

What deals will be declined?

  • Any deals involving renewals
  • Any deals that require an RFP
  • Any deals where additional users are being added to existing licenses/subscriptions

GWAVA reserves the right to void a deal registration if no work has been done on the deal. 

  • Registered deals may be extended if progress has been demonstrated on the deal.
