Resolve to Protect your Emails with GWAVA in 2010!

The post describes an old rule in SpamAssassin which stated that messages from 2010 were "from the far future" inappropriately giving an increased spam weight to any message written since the start of 2010. A fix was posted 12 hours after the start of 2010 by SpamAssassin coders – but requires an update. Users of SpamAssassin who have not performed the update will have a significantly increased ratio of false positives, upwards of 20%!

PDF Export

Now users, administrators and auditors can publish search results in a portable format. You can easily export mailbox data and search results complete integration into the Retain interface. Easily search through and print the contents of the PDF or burn it to a DVD

Archive Marking

Ever wonder if an email has been archived by Retain or not? Retain now can mark each mailbox item with a new GroupWise attribute viewable from the GroupWise client, indicating if the item has been archived.

Restore Stub Functionality

Users or administrators can now select individual or multiple messages and restore them into GroupWise as a stub. To use this feature, you must have GroupWise 8.01 and the Retain Stubbing Server.

New platform support

Retain now supports SLES 11 64-bit, Windows Server 2008 64-bit, MS SQL 2008, MySQL 5.1.

Single Sign-on

Users do not need to authenticate into a separate system to view and search their archives. Retain now has a plug-in for the GroupWise Windows client and WebAccess for single sign-on.
