Today the GWAVA marketing team is busy with last-minute details for GWAVACon. The conference is all set now. Sessions are scheduled, meals are planned, presentations are (mostly) all written, materials are printed and shipped and attendees are all signed up.

Today the GWAVA marketing team is busy with last-minute details for GWAVACon. The conference is all set now. Sessions are scheduled, meals are planned, presentations are (mostly) all written, materials are printed and shipped and attendees are all signed up. We are excited this year about the great variety of sessions we and our sponsors are putting on. From training on all things GWAVA to ZENworks to GroupWise migration, email security and mobility, the GWAVACon sessions should prove interesting, timely and useful to everyone who attends. GWAVACon is being held again this year at the Marriott Renaissance hotel in Las Vegas. It’s a beautiful hotel in Las Vegas without all of the distractions of Las Vegas. There is no casino in the Renaissance. But of course, plenty of casinos and Vegas entertainment are close by for times when conference goers want to relax and have fun.

Tomorrow – the team flies out from our various locations and meets up in the Las Vegas airport, so today we’re packing our bags. The weather is supposed to be cool and rainy for the first day or two so if you’re coming, don’t forget your umbrella!
