Kategorie: Doug SteinWährend der letzten Monate haben wir spezielle Upgrades für Kunden, die von M+Archive zu Retain wechseln, angeboten. Ich selbst habe mitbekommen, dass viele Kunden Probleme mit dem Produkt hatten.
Over the last few months we have been offering a competitive upgrade from
M+Archive to Retain. I was involved with close to a dozen calls with customers who were experiencing many difficulties with that product.
Here is just a sampling of what we were told:
"M+ does not account for ever changing user lists (address book) which means the admin must regularly, manually perform address book updates" (Retain does this automatically)
"Searching & exporting are cumbersome & awful"
"M+ for Exchange is awful, we have dropped M+ & switched to another product"
"Searching doesn't work"
"After 1.5 years of archiving we are being forced to reindex the entire system because we can't find what we need"
"For the last 3 weeks it has been crashing constantly and is unusable, it's time to look at alternatives"
MA does not recommend more than 1000 users per M+ server.

So far we have converted over 30 customers in North America and EMEA combined.
There is no doubt that Retain is by far the top email archiving product available today. Don't take our word for it though, test it against any product out there to see for yourself.
