Archiving Agent Server Side

Der Archiving Agent kann entweder auf dem selben Server installiert werden, auf dem sich auch der BlackBerry Enterprise Server befindet, oder auf einem separaten System mit einem read-only Zugang auf die BlackBerry Enterprise Logs. Der Agent hat nur eine geringe Speicheranforderung und stellt die folgenden Mindestvoraussetzungen:

  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1, or higher*
  • Windows XP, Server 2003, Server 2008
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008, or higher*
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP1, or higher
  • 1 GB RAM
  • 2 GB hard drive space (plus SQL storage: dependent on amount of data stored)
    * BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 Service Pack 1 is required for BlackBerry Messenger Archiving
    * SQL Server: Mixed Mode Authentication and TCP connections must be enabled.  SQL Express is not officially supported.

Viewer-Anwendung Client Side

Die Viewer-Anwendung ist ein umfangreicher Client, der auf dem Desktop des Prüfers installiert wird. Die Mindestvoraussetzungen für den Viewer sind:

  • Windows XP, Server 2003, 2005, 2008, Vista, Windows 7
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP1, or higher
  • 1 GB RAM
  • 1 GB disk space
