- Redline is supported on any standard installation of GroupWise 5.5EP or higher systems to include NetWare, Linux and Windows. *GroupWise 6.5 SP2 not supported due to bug.
- Support for GroupWise on Windows (Redline Agent only)
- Support for GroupWise on Linux Kernal 2.6
- Additionally, Redline requires
- Agent: 5MB RAM, 10MB Hard Drive Space
- Control Center: 10MB RAM, 30 MB Hard Drive Space
- Redline supports all Firefox, Mozilla and IE browsers.
- Compatible with NetWare 5.1 - 6.5, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 , Windows 2000,
Windows 2003, and GroupWise 5.5EP 7.0 - Redline on NetWare requires the latest version of LIBC.NLM available in NetWare 5.1 sp 8, 6.0 sp 5 with NWLIB6c.exe, NetWare 6.5 sp 3.

- GroupWise 8
- GroupWise 7
- GroupWise 6.5 (SP4+ recommended)
- GroupWise 6.0 SP
Minimum Hardware
- 3.6 GHz Pentium 4
- 2GB RAM
Redline Control Center
- Memory requirements are based on GWCheck files being less than 1GB.
- 150MB disk space
- Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Epiphany or Konqueror
Redline Agent
- 20MB of memory
- 15MB disk space
