Upgrades & Support are included with your Annual Service Agreement. Upgrades are fast and easy to implement through the web interface. With a few clicks, your GWAVIX system is updated without missing a beat. Virus definitions are automatically updated throughout the day to provide the latest protection. We also offer complimentary support during the 30-day evaluation period.

False positives are not a problem with GWAVIX. Each day, every mail recipient receives our Archive Report. This is a personalized email digest, listing their quarantined mail since the last Archive Report. Administrators also can authorize specific groups or every user the ability to search for real-time quarantined mail.

• GWAVIX can be installed on a dedicated server or servers at a primary or secondary location.
• Go to www.gwava.com
• Download and burn the GWAVIX ISO to CD
• Place the CD in the dedicated server/s and boot
• Answer the set up questions
• Log into the web interface and install your license keys under the Server tabGo to the set-up Wizard under the Configuration tab
• The CD image allows us to install a hardened Linux OS purpose-built for security and stability. It, as well as the GWAVIX software itself, is installed onto your servers.
• The process takes about an hour from start to finish. After running through the general wizard set-up you will be ready to start filtering spam and viruses.

Ja. GWAVIX funktioniert absolut unabhängig von anderen Diensten oder Programmen. Somit können Sie GWAVIX zu Ihrer vorhandenen Sicherheitsstruktur hinzufügen und erhöhen somit dessen Effektivität.
