As Chief Executive Officer and CTO, Ken Muir drives the strategy, vision and execution of GWAVA's business. His expertise comes from over 15 years in the enterprise collaboration, security and systems management market. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Utah where he serves as an industry advisor to the College of Engineering. He is also a PLD graduate of Harvard Business School.
Marc St-Arnaud - Chief Financial Officer
As co-founder of GWAVA Inc, Marc St-Arnaud brings many years of business experience to the company with skills in strategic planning and organizational policies. He has a history of managing and growing profitable companies. Prior to founding this company, Marc St-Arnaud was CEO/CFO of Tobit Software of North America Inc. Mr. St-Arnaud is also a Fellow of McGill University Dobson Centre of Entrepreneurial Studies.
Perry Owen - VP Sales, North America
Perry Owen joined GWAVA in February 2003 as Vice President of Sales. His management experience spans over 20 years in the IT and telecommunication industry. As a member of the executive team, Mr. Owen manages the sales growth for North and South America. He previously worked for Datacom and has a BA from Concordia University in Montreal.
Herbert Lefering - VP Sales, Europe
Herbert Lefering oversees GWAVA sales and channel sales for Europe. He has been with GWAVA since 2002 and has grown the GWAVA channel in Europe to a significant portion of worldwide sales. Before joining GWAVA, Mr. Lefering was Distribution Sales Manager for Tobit Software in Europe.
Michael Bell - VP Rx, Sr. Engineer
Michael Bell has been a part of GWAVA since 2001 as Senior Engineer. Mr. Bell is a long time Network Administrator and a member of the Novell Sysops team since 1998. He also maintains the Win32 HOWTO for SpamAssassin.
Josh Gibbs - Chief Software Architect
Josh Gibbs leads the design and development of the core technology of the GWAVA product line. He began working in network engineering and software development in 1989. He has written messaging applications since 1996, including the award winning i-MailDS. Mr. Gibbs holds numerous IT industry certificates including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Developer (MCD).
Charles Taite - Executive Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Taite is Executive Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer for GWAVA. From 2001 to 2011, Mr. Taite was CEO and CTO, then from 2011 to present, Chief Strategy Officer of GWAVA. Mr. Taite has served as a Director and as its Chairman since 2001. As Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Taite works closely with the executive team on research and other special projects. His expertise comes from a 20-year career in the high-tech industry, specializing in secure electronic messaging.
